Open Communication - Our process: We start with a budget to accomplish what you want, quick to give you pricing on any parts of the project that don’t match up with the budget to create quick pivots and resolution. Updated budget status is provided about every two weeks to four weeks depending on project size so there are no surprises. Homeowners will receive weekly progress updates and what to expect in the coming week so the homeowner can still maintain a comfortable uninterrupted lifestyle during the project.

Our detailed design and construction estimate gives you a clear understanding of the scope of the project and the associated costs. We work closely with you to ensure that all details are accounted for, and we provide transparent pricing that helps you stay within your budget.
3. Weekly Progress Update
Throughout the construction process, we provide on-site progress updates to ensure that the project is progressing smoothly. We work with you to address any concerns or issues that arise, and we keep you informed every step of the way.
4. Final Walk Through
At Rich Building, we are committed to ensuring that every detail of your project is perfect. We do a final walk though and share the finishing touches, making sure that everything is exactly as you envisioned it before we turn over the finished project to you.
