About David Rich
My journey in the construction industry began in 1998 as part of a framing crew. Demonstrating leadership and expertise, I quickly advanced to the role of crew leader by 2000, overseeing my own team on various projects for a General Contractor. Driven by a passion for building and a commitment to excellence, I obtained my General Contracting license in 2004 and embarked on several prestigious custom home projects.
After the market downturn in 2008, I expanded my expertise across various project management roles within the commercial construction sector. Over the years, I have honed my skills in managing complex projects, all while continuing to construct custom homes and finish basements.

Having established a solid foundation in various aspects of construction, I returned to running my own business.
